The Ulm Falcons will promote to the German Baseball-Bundesliga in 2018.

This week they announced their first two acquisitions. 24-year-old Venezuelan catcher Carlos Figuerdo, who also has an Italian passport, is coming from the Saarlouis Hornets to Ulm. Additionally, 21-year-old pitcher Robertas Vilimas from Lithuania is joining the club in the southern division.
