German Baseball Finals: Heidenheim forces Game 5
The Heidenheim Heideköpfe have forced a game five in the German Baseball Finals with a 5-3 win over the Bonn Capitals on Sunday in game four of the best-of-five series.
Jan Jacob had given Bonn a 2-1 lead with a two-run double in the second, but Heidenheim tied the game in the third and got up in front with three runs in the fourth. Sascha Lutz had the go-ahead RBI single during the rally. Justin Erasmus pitched seven innings for the win, out-dueling Sascha Koch, who started in place of Wilson Lee.
