The Solvesborg Firehawks are the 2017 Swedish Baseball champions.

They defeated the Rattvik Butchers 3-0 in the final series in the Swedish Elitserien. In game three on Saturday they prevailed 8-4. Six runs in the seventh decided the outcome of the game and eventually gave Solvesborg also the championship. Shane Salley went 5-for-5 in game three. James Watts struck out 11 in a complete game performance.
