Austria walked off with a 4-3 win over Israel thanks to a walk-off RBI single by Dominik Talir in the bottom of the ninth.

Switzerland beat Greece 6-1.

In the evening Serbia prevailed 10-9 in a nail-biter over Bulgaria. Five runs in the bottom of the seventh gave Serbia the decisive lead.
