The 2017 Summer Universiade will be held in Taipei City, Taiwan from August 20 to 29. This week the nine participants for the baseball tournament during the 29th edition of the Universiade were revealed. European Baseball will be represented by Czech Republic, France and Russia. The other participants will be China, Chinese Taipei, Japan, Korea, Mexico and the United States.
