Five successful matches were played during the second game day of the “European Championship Qualifier Juniors U18”.

Three games were held in Miesjka Gorka. Russia rebounded from the previous loss with a 16-0 shutout over Ukraine. Austria picked up their second win with a 15-4 rout against Hungary. In the evening Slovenia prevailed 8-7 over host Poland.

Two games were played at the European Championship among U-18 national teams in Sundbyberg, Sweden. Israel beat Switzerland 8-2 after scoring five of its eight runs in the first three innings. In the evening game, Sweden welcomed Belgium in the tournament with a 3-2 nail-biter.
