At the B-Pool European Championship in Trnava and Bratislava, Slovakia, the teams from Switzerland, Lithuania, Slovakia and Ukraine will play the semi-finals soon.

Switzerland beat Poland 11-10. Ukraine shut out Finland 14-0. Switzerland finished in first place in Group A, followed by Ukraine. In Group B Lithuania used a pair of seven-run innings to hold off Slovakia 19-15. Belarus shut out Romania 1-0.

Israel won a thriller against Russia 13-12 in ten innings at the B-Pool European Championship in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Israel is already set for the final. Russia can join them with a win over Serbia on Friday. Also this day Greece shut out Ireland 3-0 for their third win in the tournament. Serbia beat host Bulgaria 3-2.
