T&A San Marino has signed catcher Juan Martin for the 2018 season in the Italian Baseball League.

The 28-year-old Argentinian with Italian passport had been playing for the Mannheim Tornados between 2014 and 2017. However, he left midway through the year and joined an Independent league team.

Prior to playing in Germany he already was in Italy and also was part of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays organization.
