The Czech Baseball Association (CBA) announced that the format for the All-Star Game in the Czech Extraleague returns to a duel between the best players from the East against the West.

Eastern selection will be composed of players from the Eagles, Tempo Titans, Kotlarka, Trebic and Blansko, while the Western selection will have players from Technika, Draci, Hrosi, Olomouc and Ostrava.

Additionally the CBA also awarded the All-Star Games from 2018 to 2020 to Prague, Ostrava and Brno. Players will be selected via an online vote between April 1 and May 31.
