The Vienna Wanderers won two of three games at home over the Athletics Attnang-Puchheim at the Austrian Baseball Finals. However, the A’s still only need one more win to defend their title.

In game four Vienna also had a 2-0 lead, but the Athletics came back and won the game 4-2. In game five it was Attnang-Puchheim, which sported an early advantage, but the Wanderers scored twice in the eighth to win the contest 2-1 and send the series back to the Athletics ballpark.
