On Thursday the Italian Baseball League club Parma Clima announced that Gianguido Poma is their new manager for the 2018 season.

He is succeeding Gilberto Gerali, who is managing the Italian National Team since this year. Poma managed the U18 National Team of Italy in the past and also was a staff member of Italy’s U23 squad.
