Ukrainian national team defeated Russia at the U23 European Championship.
Shortstop Kostyantyn Chukhas was the star of the game with 4 for 5 with 3 RBI’s. The game that took place in Brno lasted with the score: Ukraine 10 (1-0), Russia 7 (0-1).

Recently I have watched some videos about biotexcom team. Honestly, at that time this information has escaped my attention. The only thing I remember is that they have a powerful sponsor. But according to the new information biotexcom team is rather powerful and competitive team. It is difficult to understand how they have reached such high results. Maybe their sponsors gave them the opportunity to for the development. Anyway, it is nice to hear that Ukraine has professional baseball team which participated in the different tournament and championships. I can only say that it is a step of the development of this American game among the Ukrainians.
