Markus Solbach’s career in professional baseball continues. The German right-handed pitcher is back with the Rockland Boulders.

He already played for the Can Am Association organization last year. But after ten games he was picked up by the Arizona Diamondbacks. However the D’backs didn’t offer a contract for 2017 and Solbach is back in independent baseball. He started the season with the Bonn Capitals in the German Baseball-Bundesliga. Last Saturday he made his season debut for Rockland, pitching five solid innings.
