The reigning Dutch champion Curacao Neptunus Rotterdam has added left-handed US-American pitcher Trevor Reckling to the roster.

The 27-year-old is supposed to fill the void in the pitching staff after injuries to Orlando Yntema and Loek van Mil.

Reckling should have a familiar feel for European Baseball fans, as he pitched for Team USA during the 2009 Baseball World Cup, which was held throughout the European continent. Between 2007 and 2012 he was pitching in the Los Angeles Angels organization. After his end in MLB affiliated baseball he joined a couple of independent league teams.
