Lithuanian right-hander Dovydas Neverauskas is going to start the 2017 season in Triple-A.

The hard-throwing reliever was added to the 40-man roster of the Pittsburgh Pirates and could be on the fast track to the big leagues as soon as the bullpen needs a fresh arm. Neverauskas would be the first player from Lithaunia in Major League Baseball.
