It took only a week and a half after the American pitcher, Wes Edwards has joined “Solingen Alligators”, but he will again come back to the USA.

Wes asked “Alligators” immediately to break off the contract because due to family problems he is forced to come back home. Lutz Trabert, representative of the team commented: “We are very upset of Wes`s request, but still we understand and respect his decision and wish him all the best”.

Edwards has shown his potential during the warm-up games against “Mainz Athletics”. He managed to increase potential of the team. “Solingen Alligators” has been already actively looking for a new player who will play instead of Wes Edwards on the field. Couch said: “Many potential candidates have already signed with clubs. The beginning of the season will start in two weeks, but we will look for the new player without panic. We have already had two negotiations with certain candidates. Thus, we will see the development of these events in the nearest future”.
