Venezuelan pitcher Luis Chirinos is joining ASD Nettuno in the Italian Baseball League. The 26-year-old from Maracay started his professional baseball career with the Florida Marlins in 2007, but has been playing on the independent league circuit since 2010. In professional baseball he has an ERA of 4.29 through all levels.
