Spanish national team pitcher Andres Perez is leaving the Tenerife Marlins of the Spanish Division de Honor to join T&A San Marino in the Italian Baseball League. The 25-year-old right-hander played professionally in the New York Mets organization before joining the Stuttgart Reds in the German Baseball-Bundesliga. He then went to Spain. Last season he had an ERA of 1.27 in 28 innings.
