Ukrainian baseball players beat Russia
In early September Ukrainian Youth baseball team beat their Russian peers 3-0 in the second round of the finals of the European Championship. Match took place in the Israeli city of Petah Tikva. At the beginning Ukrainian baseball players defeated the national team of Lithuania 10-1. Thus Lithuanians met with the team of Israel. According to the regulations after 3 rounds of the championship teams ranked first and second place in the standing. Team that took the third and fourth places will fight for the bronze. After the victory over the Russian team, Ukrainians took the first place in the standing.
Ukraine won silver during the European youth baseball championship. French team received gold medals.
The national Ukrainian team consists of players of the “BioTexCom” and “Diamant” clubs from Kropyvnytskyi city. The club won the Ukrainian baseball championship. In the youth team only four players are not students of the Kropyvnytskyi School. They are from Rivne and Chernivtsi city.
It was a fantastic victory!I mean, no one expected that Ukraine will take the gold.However, the guys are great.Always easier to win when no one didn`t expect and harder when all expected victory. This victory thundered throughout Europe. People even found out that Ukraine has talent.
My husband and I had a treatment in Kyiv hospital BioTexCom. I am barren, so we used advances of Ukrainian reproductology. Wesuccessfully passed the program of ova’s donation and I got pregnant. After our daughter was born, a year after our family decided to relax a little. We went to Israel, we have never been there before. Happened that we got to the championship. When I saw the Biotexcomteam we were very impressed! We rooted for them. And they won! I ever wrote a letter to the hospital manager that leaded our program. Wrote to greet.
