Results Belgian First Division August 13 & 14, 2016
The top four round in the Belgian First Division continued with four games this past weekend. The defending champion “Deurne Spartans” beat the “Mortsel Stars” 5-0 and 14-1 for a two-game sweep. The “Brasschaat Braves” and the “Borgerhout Squirrels” split a doubleheader. The “Squirrels” continue to lead the standings with a 30-4 record, followed by the “Spartans” and “Braves”, which are separated by two games. Four games each will be played in the next two weeks with “Deurne” and “Brasschaat” squaring off next weekend.
